RE: request for immediate disbursement of withheld students scholarship.

Your Excellency sir, I am writing you this letter with indubitable respect to your humble personality and unique style of leadership that Carry’s everyone along.

Sir, I choose to embrace the open format in other to avoid the prevalent bureaucracy and red tapism impediment, which my letter will stumble upon on it way to you, therefore as an inquisitive reader, I definitely know you will come across it.

Your Excellency sir, it is no more news that your tireless effort in giving educational sector a priority can never be overemphasized, this is because it has been seen and testified by many.

Sir, I am writing you this letter as a concern students leader and a bona fide indigene of Borno State to bring to your attention at this epoch of time, that the students of Ramat polytechnic and some students of the university have not yet received their scholarship. It was testified that two months ago some few students of the university have been given the stipend living others with no alert.

Your Excellency sir, it was discovered that almost half of the university students, and all Ramat polytechnic students stipend where withheld by the Borno State scholarship board with no substantial reason to why!

Therefore your Excellency sir, I am humble soliciting on behalf of Borno state students association and myself, that you should look into it, and ensure the acceleration of immediate release of the withheld stipend to all the eligible students and also compel the board to give pivotal reasons to why the stipend was held, thank you.
