In today’s society, trust has become a rare commodity. With the prevalence of betrayal, backstabbing and personal biases it’s becoming increasingly difficult to know who to trust. A business tycoon, Jamilu Abdussalam speaks on some reasons why you should trust no one.

Abdussalam in a post on his Instagram handle caution parents to carefully educate their children about interacting with friends and family, stating that, parents should set boundaries with anyone their children interact with.

he further stated that parents should encourage open communication with their children so they feel comfortable discussing any concerns or questions. he also said its essential to create a safe and trusting environment in which a child can seek guidance when faced with any sensitive situations.

the statement reads:

“Dear Parents, Focus on educating your children about their interactions with friends and family members; boundaries should be clearly identified even at home and at family gatherings.

“Encourage open communication with your children so they feel comfortable discussing any concerns or questions. It’s essential to create a safe and trusting environment in which your child can seek guidance when faced with such sensitive situations.”

“Monitor their interactions with relatives to ensure they are always in safe and in appropriate situations.”
