“This is to inform all applicant beneficiaries that the YSSB has scheduled 8th-10th FEBRUARY 2020 to attend to all complaints on payments.

For the said three days, desk officers will be stationed at the Board’s office, IBB State Secretariat, Maiduguri Road Damaturu from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm each day.

There is also going to be a dedicated officer attached to our bank. So far, the Board has identified two categories of complainants:

1. Those who were on the original list of applicant/beneficiaries but were absent (not in their schools) during clearance and payments.

2. Those that were cleared but did not receive their money.

If you fall in category 2, please endeavour to come along with your bank statement as evidence that your account was not credited.

We expect everyone with any complaints to please come to be Board. The schedule for next payments is under review and will be published.”

Thank you very much.

Public Relations Officer, YSSB
