Governor of Taraba State, Dr. Agbu Kefas has constituted a 20 member Agriculture and Food sustainability Committee to boost food production through effective utilization of the natural resources that make Taraba State Natures gift and food basket of the Nation with the Emir of Muri Alhaji Abbas Njiddah Tafida a full blown farmer as Chairman.

Adamu, Samuel Yelwa Emmanuel Rika, Dinshiya Ibrahim Usman, Terence Joseph, Dr. David Charima Chairman, House committee on Agriculture and Food Security while the Secretary to the Government of the Taraba State Chief Gebon Timothy Kataps is the Coordinator of the Committee.
A Statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor Mr. Yusuf Sanda said the Committee will be inaugurated on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024, by 10am at the Auditorium Office of the First Lady and Wife of Taraba State Governor, opposite Muslim Council Secretariat, Jalingo.
