Gombe, Nigeria – Unidentified hoodlums have killed a student of Gombe State College of Education, Billiri
The student, who is in NCE 3, was killed with a kitchen knife on Sunday.
Police in Gombe has confirmed the incident to the Daily Trust Newspaper.
The paper also reported that the student was traced to her room in a private hostel located at Zazzagawa, Billiri town, where the perpetrators killed her and fled.
They said they are currently investigating the incident to unravel the truth and bring the culprits to book, appealing to the public to come forward with any information that could lead to answers.
