Fintiri sends list of 23 commissioner nominees for screening

Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, Governor of Adamawa State has sent the list of commissioner nominees to the state assembly.

The list was sent to the state assembly on Thursday for screening and confirmation. In the list seen by this reporter, the governor nominated 23 persons to serve as members of his executive council.

Few weeks ago, reports shows how his people waited to see their commissioners. In his previous tenure, it took Gov. Fintiri more than five months to appoint his commissioners, but this time around he submitted the list within 60 days.

The 23 nominees are:

1. Chief Felix Tangwami – Demsa LGA

2. Hon. Iliya James – Demsa LGA

3. Mohammed Sadiq – Ganye LGA

4. Joab Haggai Sahma – Girei LGA

5. Prof. Finchiwa David Jatau – Gombi LGA

6. Anthony Brina Wunfe – Guyuk LGA

7. Dr. Umar Garba Pella – Hong LGA

8. Adamu Atiku – Jada LGA

9. Aloysius Babadoke – Jada LGA

10. Mr. Titus Solomon – Lamurde LGA

11. Barr. Wali Yakubu – Madagali LGA

12. Hon. Kallamu Musa Mohammed – Mayo Belwa LGA

13. Hon. Tijjani Maksha – Maiha LGA

14. Dr. John Ishaya Dabari – Michika LGA

15. Mary Augustina Vasumu – Michika LGA

16. Ayuba Audu Tanko – Mubi North LGA

17. Hon. Usman Abdullahi – Mubi South LGA

18. Mrs. Nedo Geoffrey kofulto – Numan LGA

19. Hon. Ibrahim Haruna – Shelleng LGA

20. Abdullahi Adamu Prambe – Song LGA
