Recently, the Minister declared his aspiration to become Nigeria’s President in 2023.

The APC pegged its presidential forms at N100 million.

The price had drawn mixed reactions from Nigerians who frowned at the decision of the ruling party.

But, the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Goodwill Akpabio had said any serious candidate would cough out the moneywithout going to the bank.
