Ahead of the governorship elections coming up on Saturday, a man yet to be identified has threatened to stop supporters of the Labour Party from casting their ballots.

This is coming amid reports that political thugs attacked and intimidated the LP supporters popularly known as Obidients during the presidential and National Assembly elections in the state.

In the video which has gone viral on social media, the man was heard threatening the Labour Party governorship candidate in Lagos State, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour to steer clear of the election.

According to the man suspected to be one of the thugs causing mayhem in the state, it is either the incumbent governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu is re-elected or nobody would be elected.

He said, “If them born you well, come and vote for Labour Party in Lagos it is either Sanwo-Olu or nobody. You these tribal bigots, come vote let’s see.

“Shey na Gbadebo be his name, if them born your mama well, come and be Lagos Governor”.

Some concerned citizens have called on relevant authorities not to underestimate the threat, citing the violence that marred the presidential elections in some parts of the state.
