Real Madrid is the 2022 UEFA SuperCup champions after a masterclass performance against Frankfurt the current UEFA Europa League defending champions.

 

Frankfurt have had an incredible run that saw them move from rubbles to winning the UEFA Europa League but their effort was not just enough as Real Madrid is at its very best and not conforming to defeat of recent.

It’s another final and also another victory for Madrid after securing a 2-nil victory against Frankfurt.

Casemiro set David Alaba for the first goal before the duo of Benzema and Vinicius made sure the job was properly done and fixated on the appropriate stands.

What a night for Benzema who achieved a feat as the second leading Real Madrid goalscorer of all-time with 324 goals after surpassing Raul in the list and just behind Ronaldo who has 450 goals for the club.

Benzema was also presented with the UCL best player award for 2022 before the match commence.

Real Madrid has done it in style and once again proved that it is one of the best clubs in history, by never running out of trophies.
