PDP Bigwig Dumps Party in Yobe

Dr Aji Kolomi, a former Yobe East senatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 general election has quit the party.

The resignation which was contained in a letter dated 1st April, 2025 was addressed to the Ngurbuwa Ward Chairman of the party in Gujba local government area of the state.

According to a source, Social Democratic Party SDP has promised a governorship ticket to Aji in the 2027 election.
