Kidnappers abducts three family members of another Monarch in Taraba

Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted two wives and a son of another traditional ruler in Taraba State.

The kidnappers were said to have invaded the palace of the Chief of Sarkin kudu in Ibi Local Government on Friday and abducted the victims. The third Class Monarch Dasalama Adamu was said to be out of the Chiefdom when the Gunmen stormed the Palace.

Police Public Relation’s Officer Taraba State Command Abdullahi Usman who confirmed the report said some suspects have already been arrested in connection with the abduction. The PPRO disclosed that the suspects have made useful statements that that will lead to the rescue of the victims while investigation is going on.

It could be recalled that recently kidnappers abducted two wives and six children of the Chief of Mutum Biyu in Gassol Local of Government of Taraba State and killed the two wives and five children while one of the children narrowly escaped with serious gunshots .
