Hon. Udemezue Bernard Abuchi, a member of Anambra State’s Ayamelum constituency, was denied entry into the state’s house of assembly building because he arrived on a tricycle.

A video shared online shows the lawmaker storming the House of Assembly complex on a tricycle known locally as a keke.

Hon. Udemezue was disappointed to find himself unable to enter the premises because the security officers on duty refused to lift the barricade set at the building’s gate.

“Oga dem say keke no dey enter” the tricycle driver informed the law maker.

Engraged, the honourable member stepped down the vehicle as he questioned “You give me car? Have you given me a car?
Is it not what I have that I will use?”
