Manchester City advance to the semi-finals of the UEFA champions league for a third successive seasons, as a 1-1 draw secured them a 4-1 victory on aggregate over Bayern Munich.

City ensure they maintain their 3-0 lead despite the pressure put on by the German side with consistent counter attacks as Bayern look to find the net but all efforts remain void.

The English champions missed out to take a lead after a penalty was awarded to them, but Erling Haaland took the ball over the bar.

However, Haaland find the net to give his side a lead, after Dayot Upamecano slipped in a critical moment to create a chance for the City striker, who made in a powerful shot into the net.

Bayern were able to level the game from the spot kick and it is Joshua Kimmich who converted his effort, putting the ball in the middle while sending Ederson to the wrong way.

Meanwhile,Inter Milan will face off rivals AC Milan in the UCL semi-finals for the first time in 20 years, as they settle for a 3-3 draw with Benfica, as they advance on a 5-3 aggregate.
