YOBE 2023: Kwankwaso’s New Nigeria People’s Party meets SUBI

Preparations for the 2023 general elections has kick-off all over the country, nomination forms are bought by candidates, decamping of candidates to opposition parties and many political activities in light of the forthcoming election.

Opposition parties all over Yobe State are making efforts to endorse candidates credible enough to win. Most of the activities of the political parties is aimed at dethroning the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) party in the state.

MAIDAWAAREWA gathered that the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) is conveying message and campaign agenda throughout the state in the party’s quest to take over power in Yobe.

In an attempt, the NNPP was linked to an independent political project initiated, Stand Up and Be Involved (SUBI) to talk on terms related to welfare and participation of people across the state. NNPP has pinpoint the similar political ideology of SUBI, and needs to work together for common goals.

Yobe state has witnessed the emergence of SUBI as a political brand that focus on poverty alleviation, hunger eradication, enlightenment, and disease Control. Meanwhile, NNDP has been delegated by SUBI at the state headquarters. The two in agreement on the needs to take a fierce but favorable approach in tackling the problems of the state.

In light to its activities in Yobe state, SUBI is known for it’s critical approach towards both All Progressive Congress (APC) and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), even though the two seems to be working with SUBI recently. The truths to all happenings and activities will be unveiled in no time.
