Gov Buni’s Unproductive Leadership

Governor Buni’s ineffectual style of governing Yobe state is continuously becoming unfit and deteriorating the situation of Yobe’s people obliquely.

It is two months now since he stepped out of the state and this aptitude style is ponderously resulting in the alteration from the uniformity of the past administration and is also not similar to what is being witnessed across the other states.

However, his absence is silently underwhelming every sector, and records of distorting from his administration allies are also scattering matters concerning stately duties.

Unfortunately, Governor Buni is not even delegating power to his Deputy and is unconcernedly exchanging the governorship role with the current Care Taker Committee Chairmanship, oblivious to the fact that this attitude of leadership has led the state to this dire situation.

In a clear lament, the Governor should take a final stand between his stately role of leading thousands of people and formally stepping down from the governorship to focus on his national party struggles, because the state is at the pinnacle of growth to stabilize the economy, education sector, restructuring health management, and all aspects of firmly keeping the state at the due standard.

Kasim Isa Muhammad, Yobe State
