All the presidential candidates would not be able to win the 2023 elections without the support of the youths, the Peoples Democratic Party candidate for Ekiti South federal constituency 1, Henrich Akomolafe, has said.

He also stressed that the youths remained the only forces that could bring change to the country.

Akomolafe said without the youths, there won’t be a 2023 election, he therefore called on every presidential candidate to carry youths along to ensure free, fair, and credible elections.

According to him, no matter what some politicians think about the coming elections, no godfatherism can save them except they carry the youths along.

He said, “We’ve seen where the youths of Nigeria are thrown away after elections with fulfilling the promises they made during electioneering. This time would be different. They would guard their votes and vote the most credible people to power come 2023.

“I’m contesting because my people found me worthy to represent them in the National Assembly, that’s why I was given the opportunity in my constituency to represent them.

“I believe the youths have been neglected enough and at my age, I’m going to be the youngest lawmaker to represent my people in Abuja.
